• • Vouchers must be redeemed online in advance of your visit.
  • One voucher per transaction.
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounted admission.
  • Damaged, defaced, photocopied vouchers or vouchers purchased from third-party voucher sites will not be accepted.
  • This voucher is not for resale and has a face value of £0.00001p.
  • Admission is subject to Alpamare’s Terms of Admission available at alpamare.co.uk/admissions-policy.
  • RRP based on a family swim session ticket price of £70.00.
  • Swim sessions must be booked online in advance and must take place between 1st March and 1st November 2026.
  • Voucher expiry date: 1st November 2026.
  • Expired or unused vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Additional swim time is charged at standard rates.
  • The offer does not include spa access, paid treatments, food, refreshments or travel.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER

1. 1. Visit www.alpamare.co.uk and click “Buy Tickets”.
   2. Click “Book Tickets”, select the date of your visit and choose your swim session time.
   3. Select the Online Family Ticket (2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children) and add any additional swim tickets required, including toddlers aged 0–3 years.
   4. Add the required tickets to your basket and check your ticket selections, swim date and session time before clicking “Complete Purchase”.
   5. Enter your personal details and your unique 16-digit voucher code. A 100% discount will be applied to your family ticket.
   6. Any additional tickets will be charged at standard rates and credit or debit card details will be required.
   7. Within 30 minutes you will receive your Alpamare e-tickets by email. Tickets can be printed in advance or shown on entry using your mobile device or smartphone.
