Forge New Homes Set to Officially Launch Waverley Green Development – Inviting viewers to beautiful show home at upcoming Launch Event:

Sheffield-based Forge New Homes is set to open the doors to its flagship Waverley Green development at Waverley this month, inviting buyers to step inside the homes for the first time.

The launch event will take place on Saturday 14 March from 10am to 5pm, with viewing appointments now available to book in advance via the Forge website. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a beautifully designed show home, curated by local interior designer Katie Sweeney, offering a first glimpse of the style, quality and finish that define the development.

Forge anticipates strong demand from buyers both locally and further afield, drawn to this thoughtfully designed and well-connected new community next to the vibrant Olive Lane neighbourhood. Nine of the site’s 32 fully electric two and three-bedroom homes are already reserved, with property types including the two-bed Wren, three-bed Goldfinch and three-bed Linnet townhouse. The terraced Goldfinch hosts the stunning new show home.
