• TERMS & CONDITIONS – Flamingo Land Winter & Christmas Vouchers

  • Vouchers must be redeemed online in advance of your visit.

  • Visit www.flamingoland.co.uk, click “Book Tickets”, then select “Winter & Christmas at Flamingo Land” and choose your visit date.

  • One voucher code applies a 100% discount to a maximum of four (4) admissions per transaction.

  • Voucher codes may be redeemed against Adult/Child tickets or Disabled Person (including Carer) tickets.

  • Any additional tickets will be charged at standard rates.

  • Children aged 3 and under go free (proof of age may be requested).

  • Christmas Experience Passports are available as an optional upgrade at £16.00 per person.

  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.

  • Height, age and medical restrictions apply on certain rides and attractions. Please refer to the Flamingo Land website, mobile app and on-site signage for details.

  • This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with overnight stays at Flamingo Land Resort Holiday Village or the Leisure Complex.

  • Damaged, defaced, photocopied or vouchers purchased from third-party sellers will not be accepted.

  • This voucher is non-transferable, not for resale, and has a face value of £0.00001p.

  • No change will be given.

  • No refunds can be provided once the voucher code has been issued.

  • The standard Terms of Admission of Flamingo Land Resort apply at all times.

  • Flamingo Land Resort reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

  • This voucher provides entry for a single day visit to the Zoo only and does not include entry to paid-for or ticketed events.

  • RRP based on advance online admission prices.

  • Valid on selected dates between 29th November 2025 and 20th March 2026.

  HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER

  1. Visit www.flamingoland.co.uk and click “Book Tickets”.

  2. Select “Winter & Christmas at Flamingo Land”.

  3. Choose the date of your visit.

  4. Select the number of tickets required (up to four will be discounted).

  5. Add tickets to your basket. Optional Christmas Experience Passports can be added at this stage.

  6. Click “View Basket”, then “Proceed to Checkout”.

  7. Enter your unique 16-digit voucher code and click “Apply”.

  8. Complete your booking. Card details are required only for additional paid tickets or upgrades.

  9. Your Flamingo Land e-tickets will be emailed to you within 30 minutes. Tickets can be printed or shown on entry via your smartphone.
