Commuter traffic on the motorways in South Yorkshire is being affected by two incidents on the M18 and M1.

The M18 southbound entry slip road from junction 6 at Thorne near Doncaster has been closed throughout the night due to a lorry that left the road and crashed into the verge.

The incident was first reported by Highways England at 6.45pm on Tuesday and work is still underway on Wednesday to remove it from the verge.

Our traffic partners Inrix say that two of four lanes are closed and that congestion is going back to junction 32.
