Killamarsh is under the national spotlight after the tragic deaths of a woman and three children in the Derbyshire town.

A murder investigation is underway after a mum, her two children and a third child were found dead at a house in Chandos Crescent, Killamarsh, on Sunday, September 19.

Police remain at the scene, with devastating pictures showing Jason Bennett, the father of two of the children killed, laying flowers at the place where his ‘beautiful babies’ died.

John and Lacey’s mum Terri and a third child were the other victims of the tragedy.

Where is Killamarsh?

Killamarsh is a small town in northeast Derbyshire. It borders Sheffield and South Yorkshire and has a Sheffield postcode.

It sits approximately 10 miles from Sheffield and 12 miles from Rotherham.

On Monday September 20 the Killamarsh community will hold a candlelit vigil to the four victims.
