The film version of the West End hit Everybody’s Talking About Jamie has been released and here’s where it was filmed across Yorkshire.

For those who don’t know, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie follows Jamie New, a 16-year-old who doesn’t quite fit in. Instead of pursuing a ‘real’ career, he dreams of becoming a drag queen. Uncertain about his future, Jamie knows one thing for sure, he is going to be a sensation. Supported by his loving mother and his amazing friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps out of the darkness into the spotlight.

The West End production, which will be coming to Sheffield and Leeds on tour, captured the hearts of audiences and critics alike. The film, which features an all-star cast, was released on Amazon Prime on September 17.
