Live A1(M) traffic updates after Doncaster crash causes huge delays

Emergency services are currently at the scene of a crash on the A1(M) southbound near Doncaster.

Drivers are experiencing huge delays due to one lane being closed between J38 A1 Doncaster By-Pass (Red House) and A635 Barnsley Road (Marr).

Our traffic partnerr Inrix reports: “One lane closed and queueing traffic due to accident on A1(M) southbound from J38 A1 Doncaster By-Pass (Red House) to A635 Barnsley Road (Marr).

“Congestion to A6201 Barnsdale Bar turn off. Travel time is around 20 minutes and lane two (of two) is closed.”

South Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Ambulance Service have been contacted for more information.
